New Student Registration
Key dates
Registration for the 2025/26 school year for Grades 1-12 is ongoing .  Initial registration for the 2026/27 school year for Grades 1-12 begins in January 2026, and ends in March 2026 (dates TBC).   Registrations received after March 2026 will be placed in schools based on catchment where space is available.​ ​

​​​How to register for the 2026-2027 School Year

All new registrations have now moved online. Please see below for the links to the online registration portals.

Step 1 – Gather required documents

Visit the Required Documents web page for a comprehensive list required for all new student registrations. Additional documents are required based on the category of application; Canadian citizen or permanent resident, work permit holder, study permit holder, and refugees.

Please be prepared to upload the required documents into the online portals. 

Step 2 – Find your catchment

Use the School Locator tool to find your catchment.

Catchments are determined by the area in which the students' parents or guardians reside. Students will attend the school in their catchment area unless there is no physical or program space available.

Note: this does not apply to North Vancouver Online Learning and international students.

Step 3 –New Registrations--Use Online Registration Portals 

Kindergarten Registration:  Please go to the Kindergarten Registration page for the Online Registration Link to MyEducation

Grades 1-12:  Please use this online link for registration (Link will be live January 2nd)

Step 4 –Transfer Request

Please book an appointment with Central Registration to process your request. ​
