​The North Vancouver Board of Education invites your feedback on the Proposed 2026/27 School Calendar. Submit your comments via an online survey until February 11, 2026.

Elementary Band and Strings is an instrumental music program that is distinctive to the North Vancouver School District.​ Band and Strings complements the BC Ministry of Education's Arts Education curriculum and provides school-based instrumental ensemble instruction to students in the intermediate grades.​

From The Ground is on view at the Gordon Smith Gallery from September 19, 2025 to February 26, 2026​. Curated by Holly Schmidt and Amelia Epp, the exhibition features works by contemporary artists alongside works from the Artists for Kids and Gordon Smith Gallery Permanent Collection.​

Teacher candidates looking to contribute their skills, talent, and experience to the natural place to learn, share and grow are invited to find out more about the variety of rewarding teaching opportunities available at the NVSD.
