NVSD Phone Directory is provided by North Vancouver School District (NVSD) for school district staff use.

What this application(app) does

NVSD Phone Directory allows authorized staff to sign in, browse the school district staff directory, search contacts, and save or update directory contacts on their iPhone.

Information we collect

NVSD Phone Directory does not collect analytics, advertising, or tracking data from the app for marketing purposes.

The app uses Microsoft sign-in and Microsoft Graph services only to authenticate the user and retrieve directory information needed for the app to function.

Contacts permission

If you choose to save directory entries to your iPhone, the app requests Full Access to Contacts. This permission is used only to create, update, and remove contacts in the NVSD Contacts List on your device.

Notifications

The app may request permission to send notifications. Notifications are used only to alert users about directory changes that may need review.

Face ID

If enabled by the user, Face ID is used only to unlock the app on the device. Biometric information is handled by iOS and is not collected by the app.

Data sharing​

The app does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising or analytics services.
