| By Kaylin Kim, Co-president of
the Windsor Sewing for a Cause Club Windsor Secondary’s Sewing for a
Cause club has been busy working on the next project of the school year.
The Club made reusable drawstring
bags, which were sold at the Jazz band concert on December 8. The bags are
holiday themed, with an emphasis on red and green fabric and glittery ribbons.
They are ideal as reusable gift bags for the holiday season, or even as gifts
themselves. The proceeds raised from selling
these bags, as well as hand-sewn ornaments, will go towards funding future club
projects and sewing materials. We look forward to making more reusable items to
share with our fellow community members!
