Information Update on May 4, 2015: The North Vancouver Board of Education is seeking Proposals for the License use of Surplus Space of a portable classroom facility located at Queensbury Elementary School, 2020 Moody Avenue, North Vancouver BC.

An additional site visit was scheduled on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 13:00 hours (1:00 p.m.) PST at Queensbury Elementary. The previously scheduled site visit was held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 13:00 hours (1:00 p.m.) PST. For further details, please see the Request for Proposal on the BC Bid website. No subsequent or individually requested site visits are allowed.

The RFP will close at the time and date listed above. It is the responsibility of each Proponent to ensure their submission is received by the due date at the time and location as specified. Any proposals received after that time will not be considered. Faxed or e-mailed submissions will not be accepted.
The School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The School District reserves the right to negotiate a formal agreement with any Proponent.
