Artworks by Handsworth Secondary School students are being featured in a public exhibition at the Vancouver Aquarium this summer.

The annual Handsworth art exhibition is now installed and on display, with this year’s educational theme titled “Survival of the Slowest”—a creative exploration of counterintuitive evolutionary adaptations. Students created these stellar works using professional-grade materials, thanks to funds provided by the Handsworth PAC.
The exhibit will remain on display through the end of September, with an estimated 250,000 visitors expected to view the work over the summer months. This is a remarkable opportunity for Handsworth students to share their creativity with a wide and diverse audience. Congratulations to all the young artists involved in this inspiring showcase!
