| By Greg Hockley, District Principal The North Vancouver School District was proud to host a large contingent of school leaders on November 2, 2023. 
Over 175 principals, vice principals and educational leaders from all schools districts, from Chilliwack to the Sunshine Coast, came together at the Education Services Centre to connect and collaborate on common topics of leadership and learning. Students from Es7lhan, along with District Principal Rose Greene, started the day in a good way, welcoming those in attendance to their lands. 
District Principals Suzette Dohm, Janice Mann and Greg Hockley, and Director of Instruction Adam Baumann all presented on key topics, such as leadership efficacy of managing change, student voice, and creating quality descriptive feedback within the new reporting order. A team of 16 North Vancouver educational leaders took part in the day and look forward to continuing the dialogue and learning through a similar leadership forum in the spring that will be hosted by the Surrey School District.
