UBC French as a Second Language Bursary​​​​
​$3,000 bursary for students entering UBC and continuing their studies in French at the university level.

Loran Scholarship

Grade 12 students interested in submitting an application for the Loran Scholarship should apply before October 12, 2022 at 8:00 PM Eastern time.  Focus is on character, service and leadership - $100,000 over 4 years.

Please note that school sponsorship is no longer required for consideration for this award.

​BC Excellence Scholarship

​The BC Excellence scholarship is awarded to 55 well-rounded high school graduates who have demonstrated service and leadership, both at school and in their communities, and who show aptitude for and commitment to their chosen career paths.

Successful recipients receive a $5,000 scholarship voucher from the Ministry of Education and Child Care that they can use to be reimbursed for tuition paid after they are attending a post-secondary institution that is designated by the Province of B.C. (i.e., approved for Canada Student Loans) or a program provider that is approved by the Industry Training Authority.

​​​Pathway to Teacher Education

The Pathway to Teacher Education Scholarship is awarded to 20 outstanding high school graduates who have demonstrated a commitment to and aptitude for a career in K–12 teaching.

Successful recipients receive a $5,000 scholarship voucher from the Ministry of Education and Child Care that they can use to be reimbursed for tuition paid after they are attending an approved K–12 teacher education program in B.C.

Rotary Club of North Vancouver - Bill Rolls Memorial Bursary​
​The Rotary Club of North Vancouver (RCNV) is offering a number of $1,000 bursaries to graduating Grade 12 students within School District 44 who demonstrate the following criteria:

1.      Admirable school citizenship and/or community participation;

2.      Financial need for post-secondary education;

3.      Satisfactory scholastic achievement; and

4.      Pursuing post-secondary education in the skilled trades or the arts, for example: Emily Carr University, Vancouver Film School, BCIT and culinary institutes.

The Jim MacCarthy Coho Society Scholarship Award is worth $1,000 and will be awarded to a student graduating from a Secondary School in North or West Vancouver, and proceeding to a post-secondary degree program.
