Hey Seycove! In honour of green week, today SEYSA otherwise known as the Seycove green

club is holding an after-school beach clean-up, from 3:30-5:30 at our beloved Cates Park. Not

only do you get to help the environment, but you also get to learn about the impacts of humans

on said environment. COVID protocols are in place, so if you would like to come, please sign up

and we will be adding names to an attendance list. Once you arrive at the cleanup someone will

ask you all the questions on a daily health check to make sure you are safe to participate.

Everyone will be meeting at Wally’s Burgers at 3:30 so we hope to see you there!

Student Council - Drive Thru Bottle Drive

Save your empties! Seycove Student Council is collecting returnables on Friday, April 30th at our Drive-Thu Bottle Drive event. Just drop your empties into your trunk, drive to the drop-off area, outside Seycove cafeteria, and pop the trunk. Students will be there to collect your items. Thank you for your support!

Hanging Basket Sale:

Grad Council is doing a hanging flower basket/plant fundraiser to raise money for our grad gift to school (the outdoor basketball court). With Mother’s day right around the corner, this is a perfect gift for her! We would love (and need) your support! Please consider purchasing an arrangement and spreading the word to you parents and extended family/friends to see if anyone wants to purchase some flowers, veggie plants, succulents, herb plants, strawberry plants, hanging flower baskets, etc. Your parents should have a Cashnet account where they can order/pay online through Seycove’s website. All items for sale are listed on the cash net program. If you want to order without your parents, or have a family/friend wanting to order, you can print out the order form attached, circle the items you want to order and write a cheque to “Seycove Secondary School”. If you need help with this, please see Ms. Yeo. Cheques can be given to any of the Grad Council members or Ms. Yeo in Portable 25! Orders are due by 11:59pm APRIL 19th! Dont miss out!
