Important information for Grade 12s & Students who wrote Provincial Exams and Assessments in June
Provincial Assessment Results – July 29th
Results from the June Provincial Exams and Assessments will be released on July 29th. Students must login to the Student Transcripts site to access their results.
Grade 12s who have met graduation requirements will receive their graduation certificate in the mail in the Fall.
Any student who has completed a grade 10, 11, or 12 course can access their unofficial transcript of grades online at the Student Transcript Service site. Final marks are being uploaded to the Ministry but may not appear until early August. If you have a concern about your transcript in August please contact Ms. Dohm at email@example.com.
Grade 12s will no longer receive a transcript directly from the Ministry of Education. Copies can be ordered from the Student Transcript site.
Grade 12s - Post-Secondary Institution (PSI) Selections – July 12th Deadline
Grade 12 students are encouraged to visit the Student Transcripts Service website before July 12, 2019 to make their PSI selections. Admission offers may be delayed or denied if students do not authorize the release of their transcript data.
Students can access the Student Transcripts Service at: www.studenttranscripts.gov.bc.ca/. To get started, they must first create a Basic BCeID account to access their transcript information.
Help videos, including "Registering for a BCeID and Accessing the Student Transcripts Service," are available on the website. For other help documentation, click here.
Students need only complete their PSI selections once in the current school year. Students may add to their selections at any time up to July 12, 2019. Students may make up to 25 selections free of charge within six months after completing their last course. After six months, students will be charged $10 per transcript, payable on the Student Transcripts Service.
To select their PSIs, students must login to the Student Transcripts Dashboard and under Transcripts & Certificates, select Send/Order Your Transcript. Students locate their desired PSIs from the list and select (dependent on the PSI's current process) the option to "Send interim and final marks when they are available" or "Send final marks when they are available."
More detailed instructions for the Student Transcripts Service are available here.
