Starting September 2026, ignite your culinary future with VCC's Professional Cook 1 Program at Carson Graham Secondary! Develop real-world skills in cooking, baking, butchery, and kitchen operations while earning 30 VCC credits, 20 high-school credits, and Level 1 Red Seal Certification. Train in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and kick-start your path to a culinary career. See your counsellor or Work Experience Teacher for application. Application deadline: March 13, 2026. Family Day is observed annually on the third Monday of February and is a statutory holiday in British Columbia. It provides families an opportunity to spend time with each other.

Starting February 3 through February 23, school district community members are invited to provide input on budget priorities that fall under the Operating Budget and align with the school district’s strategic priorities. There are several ways to provide feedback, including through an online survey, email and traditional mail.
You can also participate during the Standing Committee Meetings on February 3 and March 3, 2026.
