A unique program that provides entry-level skills, knowledge, and experience to students interested in exploring careers in the design-build sector. The ACE Certificate is open to all qualified applicants and offers students without defined educational or employment goals the opportunity to explore their options within this in-demand sector.

This program is a dynamic, hands-on entrepreneurship experience that brings students, educators, and mentors together to build real businesses from the ground up. Over 16 weeks, to create, launch and operate your own ventures—developing practical skills in leadership, teamwork, marketing, finance, and problem-solving. Students also have the opportunity to take on executive roles in an area of interest within the student company. Registration required!

The Certificate in Essential Technical Skills in Architecture, Construction & Engineering (“ACE Certificate”) is a unique educational program designed to introduce young adults (18-26) and to orient newcomers to Canada to the fields of architecture, construction management, engineering and related fields (referred to as the ACE sector). The ACE Certificate provides students with the opportunity to gain in-demand entry level skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the ACE sector in a blended, applied approach to learning that combines classroom-based learning, work-integrated-learning and online learning.
