Welcome to the Physical & Health Education Department
The foundation of the Argyle Physical Health & Education Department is the development and maintenance of each student's self-worth. We believe that by challenging students physically, they can be satisfied with their achievements and understand themselves better. We strive to increase each student's knowledge of sports and introduce better ways to execute skills. Further, we believe that physical education is an important avenue to lead students to self-motivation and overall physical health.
