Learning Conferences will take place on Thursday, April 16th, 2026 at Argyle from 2:30pm to 4:30pm and 6:00pm to 8:00​pm. Conferences will take place in Argyle classrooms and will last five minutes each. 

A first booking window will open Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 at 6:00 pm to book appointments with up to four teachers. An additional booking window will open on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 at 6:00pm to book appointments with all teachers, subject to availability. All booking windows will close Monday, April 13th, 2026 at 10:00pm. No appointments will be accepted after this window closes. Parent/Guardians will be able to view their bookings at any time up until the conference day and will receive a reminder email.

If you are unable to book an appointment during the booking windows or are unable to attend on Thursday, April 16th, 2026, you may request a "call back" and the teacher will contact you. The "call back" button is located at the top of the teacher schedule. The term "call back" is the online term - for our use this may mean any form of communication (email often works best). Keep in mind - teachers of academic classes in particular experience a high volume of requests, so your patience is appreciated.
