Each season we will hold an important seasonal meeting to outline the supports and policies surrounding athletics.

On each day, there is a lunch time (12:40pm) meeting designed for the convenience of staff volunteers and a 6pm meeting designed for community volunteers.  The meetings are the same so if you can't come to one - come to the other time.  A number of essential topics and logistics for the season will be discussed.  Please do your best to attend this mandatory meeting.  The Handout linked above gives you an idea of the agenda.  Additional discussion and Q&A will occur on each topic.
