SchoolCash Online
The North Vancouver School District provides parents with the convenient option of paying all school fees online through SchoolCash Online.
Signing-up for an account is quick and easy. To register you will need your child’s North Vancouver School District student number. This number is different from the student PEN. If you/your child do not know your child’s student number, it can be found on student ID cards and on student schedules, or by contacting the main office.
Supplemental School Fees
Supplemental fees will be added to student accounts on an ongoing basis throughout the year beginning in October as students begin or join courses, clubs or extra-curricular activities. Payment can be made online by credit card, or by cash or cheque in the main office.
Fee schedules are established by principals, in consultation with staff, student and parent groups, and provided to the Superintendent for review. As per School Board Policy 706, the Superintendent of Schools reviews annually the schedule of student fees for all schools, and provides this schedule to Trustees for information.
Digital Start Up Forms
Each September, all Sutherland families are required to complete the Annual School Start‑Up Forms. In addition to our paper forms, the below forms are completed digitally via SchoolCash Online.
