May 22nd Track Qualifications at Sutherland from 12-4pm

Please make sure to take the time to carefully read all this important information about this event on Wednesday.

On Wednesday May 22nd is the Track Qualifications for Swangard.

This event is being held at SUTHERLAND Secondary School and starts at 12pm to about 4pm. In previous years, if this event runs smoothly, it should all be over by 3pm, so be prepared to have your child picked up by around 3pm with 4pm being the latest.

I have attached a schedule of the event order.

Students should arrive at Sutherland for 11:45am, so it is suggested that your child be ready to leave Seymour Heights around 11:30am.

Your child is responsible for finding their own ride to and from the event

Once you arrive at the event, please sign in with Ms. Nicholls.

We ask that once your child's event is done they can support and cheer on other Seymour Height runners. If they leave early from the event, please do not return to school. Please make sure you have signed out with Ms. Nicholls when you are ready to leave.

It is suggested to dress warm, have lots of snacks and water while waiting for your event or after your event.

Students have been told what events they are participating in. Any students who are unclear what events they are running are to see the posted sheet outside of Ms. Lusk’s room.

Message from the hosting school, SUTHERLAND:

Parking: Please do not park in the parking lots. Use the surrounding street parking, there is lots of it available. Carpooling is also another great option!

If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Nicholls at knicholls@sa44.ca

Thanks,

Seymour Heights Track Coaches
