​Registration tip: Register online from a laptop or desktop computer, as the registration form is not optimized for cell phones or tablets. Google Chrome tends not to work either.

Current NVSD44 Student Registration 

Open Friday, May 1, 2026 to Monday June 22, 2026 at 9 a.m.​

• ​​​​​Registration opens only for students who are currently attending a North Vancouver School District public school in Grades 7-11. ​Note: Eligible Grade 12's need to connect with counsellor.
  

• Registration is online only via the Summer Learning Registration Item which will be available only in parents North Vancouver School District School Cash Online accounts. Parents must log into their account to see the Summer Learning registration items, and can choose either Full-Credit or Foundations non-credit item, and can register student for only one course.
  

• This item will be added to all NVSD School Cash Online accounts on May 1 at 9 a.m.   
  

• It is recommended for parents to try signing in to their School Cash Online accounts prior to registration opening to ensure they can log in to register successfully for a Summer Learning course. Note: if you cannot log into your account, please contact your child's school for assistance.
  

• ​Students currently in Grade 12 will need to talk with their school counsellor to determine if they are eligible. To be eligible, students cannot be graduating by June 30, 2026, and cannot turn 19 before July 1, 2026. If a student is eligible, the student's counsellor will need to email Summer Learning to confirm, and only then will the registration item be added to the parent's School Cash Online account.
  
  

Out of NVSD44 District Student Registration

Open Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 9 a.m. to Monday June 22, 2026 at 9 a.m.​

• Registration opens May 19 at 9am for all out of NVSD44 students
  
• Registration is online only via the links near the bottom of this page (The links will become active at 9am on Tuesday May 19.)
  
• These links take you to a guest NVSD school Cash online.   Please be careful to not log-in to your own district's School Cash Online.
  
• Follow the instructions and complete ALL sections. When you get to the end, you will need to just check out as a guest to complete the registration.  Registration will not occur until CHECK OUT has occurred.
  
• The above registration is for all public, independent/private schools EXCEPT those schools* which are not on MyEdBC.
  

Non-Myed School Student Registration:

• Unfortunately, online registration is not possible for students who attend a non-MyEDBC schools.  The local schools not using MyEd that this applies to are: Brockton, Mulgrave School, and Vancouver Waldorf School
• Students who are currently attending a school that is not using the MyED student information system, are REQUIRED to register in person at our office starting May 19 at 10 a.m. ​ Office located at Mountainside Secondary School 3365 Mahon Ave, North Vancouver)​

• You will need to pay a $100 resource deposit at the time of registration (debit or credit only).
