The North Shore Community Foundation - Gordon Smith Outstanding Visual Artist Scholarship is available to a graduating North Vancouver School District student who has demonstrated excellence in the Visual Arts and is planning to continue their education in the Visual Arts (Visual Arts include traditional media as well as photographic and digital media).
