The serigraph (silkscreen print) Remembering Paris reprises the artist’s interest in art history, assemblage and the gestural quality of painting. Inspired by Morandi, the world also includes an appropriated vase from a work by Edouard Manet. Layering of imagery and the careful juxtaposition of colour and shapes has become a style signature for the artist.
