Artists for Kids
Guido Molinari

​​​​Guido Molinari was born in Montreal, Quebec in 1933. At the early age of 13, he began to explore the visual art of painting, and had developed a unique existentialist style by the time that he was 16. Molinari studied ​at the ​École des beaux-arts de Montréal and the Montreal Museu​m of Fine Arts. His work has been held in renowned galleries such as the National Art Gallery, the Vancouver Art Gallery and the New York Museum of Modern Art. Among his many accomplishments, Molinari was presented with the Order of Canada in 1971, a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1967 and was a member of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts. ​Artists for Kids, is honoured to have worked with Guido Molinari, his work, including his limited-edition print, is part of Artists for Kids' Permanent Collection and is exhibited at the Gordon Smith Gallery of Canadian Art.
