The Ministry of Education requires students in Grade 11 to complete 150 minutes per week of physical activity, at a moderate to vigorous intensity. By clicking on the link, students may download the 'Confirmation Of Student Achievement Form for Daily Physical Activity' complete it, and return it to the box labeled 'DPA forms' found on the front counter in our Main Office.  Students who do not provide evidence of 150 minutes per week of physical activity will not get credit for DPA on their report card.  All forms must be submitted to the office no later than Wednesday March 5th.  Of course, earlier is better!
