Cross Country
Cross country typically takes place during September and October with meets held at various North Shore locations.
Basketball
Canyon Heights Basketball program usually runs in October/November. Games start at approximately 3:45PM - Boys basketball games on Mondays, girls games on Tuesdays.
Tripleball (Volleyball) Grades 6 & 7Canyon Heights Tripleball program usually runs in Feb/Mar. Games start at approximately 3:30PM - girls grade 6 & 7 games are on Tuesdays and boys are on Mondays and one Wednesday due to a long weekend.
Practices for Grade 6 & 7 Girls are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:45AM to 8:30AM
Practices for Grade 6/7 Boys are on Wednesday at 7:45AM to 8:30AM and on Friday at 12:00PM to 12:30PM
Game Schedule Track and Field
Track and field season begins right after spring break and runs through to the first Tuesday in June when all elementary schools from North Vancouver School District compete at the annual District Meet held at Swangard Stadium
