Summary of First Week Schedule
Tuesday, September 5th
(First Bell at 8:45am) 8:50am – 10:50am
· Returning students (this year's grades 1 – 7) line up at their Division Sign from last school year on the gravel field starting at 8:45am.
· New students line up at the Front Door (next to music room)
· Please arrange an outdoor meeting location with your child for pick-up at 10:50am
Wednesday, September 6th
(First Bell at 8:45am) 8:50am – 2:25pm
· ALL of this year's grades 1-7 students line up at their Division Sign from last school year on the gravel field at 8:45am (Including new students, who will have been told which division to join on Tuesday, September 5th)
· Please remind students to bring a recess snack and lunch. It is important to also consider bringing a water bottle and dressing appropriately for the weather.
· Please arrange an outdoor meeting location with your child for pick-up at 2:25pm
· Kindergarten Gradual Entry Schedule begins for kindergarten students – please see emailed schedule for more!
Thursday, September 7th & Friday, September 8th
(First Bell at 8:45am) 8:50am – 3:00pm
· Grade 1 – 7 students line up at their NEW Division Sign for the 2023-2024 school year on the gravel field at 8:45am.
· Please remind students to bring a recess snack and lunch. It is important to also consider bringing a water bottle and dressing appropriately for the weather.
· Please arrange an outdoor meeting location with your child for pick-up at 3:00pm
