A day in the life of an RCMP officer...
What is it?
An interactive two day event in which participants learn about the many career pathways in law enforcement while solving a fictional crime! This is a full day event where students work in groups to investigate an imaginary crime scene. From dispatch and forensics to canine units, making an arrest, court experience, and restorative justice, this interactive experience will be something to remember!
Who is eligible?
- Open to students in both West and North Vancouver School Districts
- Grades 10 – 12 with an interest in Law Enforcement.

When and where is the program offered?
- February 12th and 13th, 2024
- 9:00 – 3:00 pm – 5th Floor of North Vancouver School District Office
- Possibility of walking field trip to North Vancouver RCMP detachment office, Lion's Gate Hospital and Court House
