​Course Transfer   

• There is a $50.00 administration fee for transfers and withdrawals.  This fee will be deducted from your paid Resource Deposit.
• Click here to complete a course transfer request
  
• Print and either scan the completed form or take a clear photo of the completed form with your cell phone
  
• Attach the scanned form or the photo of it to an email and send to summer@sd44.ca
  
• You will receive an email to confirm or deny this request within 3 business days
• Summer Learning Course transfers can only be accommodated if space is available
  
• The deadline to request a transfer is June 26, 2024 at 3 p.m.
  

Course Withdrawal  (For any reason: family choice, or Administrative decision)

• There is a $50.00 administration fee for transfers and withdrawals.  This fee will be deducted from your paid Resource Deposit.

• Print and either scan or take a clear photo of the form with your cell phone of the completed form
  
• Attach the scanned form or the photo of it to an email and send to summer@sd44.ca
• You will receive an email to confirm this request within 3 business days
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
