Bio-Explorers Club

Geared towards students who are exploring a career in biology or medicine/dentistry

The Business Club intends to create space where students can learn about finance, entrepreneurship, and business. We hope to invite guest speakers to share experiences. Students will collaborate and create ideas we can hopefully bring to reality. All are welcome.

Gender Sexuality Alliance Club (GSA) Club

This
club celebrates diversity and raising awareness around gender and
sexual orientation. Students discuss issues affecting their own lives
and the club works on specific goals around inclusion and awareness
projects like school-wide assemblies, information boards, resources for
youth, gender neutral washrooms and advocacy.
This club is open to all students, grade 8-12

Green Club (SEYSA) Club
Staff Sponsor: Ms. Kadi
SEYSA is focused on making a positive environmental difference for Seycove
and our surrounding communities. Students talk about their own carbon
footprints and ways to make a difference. They work
together on fundraiser and awareness campaigns, including specific
projects to implement here at Seycove.

Helping Hearts Club

International Non-Profit that aims to help local communities. We will work with other clubs to raise money and awareness for issues such as homelessness.

Mentoring grade 8s in basketball. Opportunity to gain skills, make friends and connect with grade 12 peers who can model strong commitment to athletics and school

Club is starting to plan their very first activity of the year! They
meet on Thursdays at lunch in Portable 25, come and help raise awareness
about mental health issues, do fun activities and hang out with
