• All parents/caregivers are members of the Mountainside PAC (MPAC)

• Some parents volunteer as ‘Executive’ (typically Chair and Treasurer)

• The PAC is governed by a Constitution and Bylaws

• The PAC supports our school by applying for the BC Gaming Grant each year and then approving the grant funds to be used to provide various items throughout each school year as requested by the school's Principal and teachers.  They also provide funding for various, local guest speakers / trainers for parent/caregiver education and training on various student social & emotional topics.

Examples of items the PAC has provided our school are Emergency Supply Kits for classrooms, a 3-D printer, ​stationary exercise bikes for student use in gym, holiday decor for the school, Bean Bag chairs for the Mindfulness Room, and hanging swing chairs for the Wellness Room.
