1. Before volunteering in the school or classroom, please complete the following 3 Volunteer Forms

2. Before driving for a class fieldtrip, you will also need to complete the Volunteer Driver Application Form and obtain you BC Driving Record.
​​​​    The instructions to obtain a free copy of your Driving Record are on the reverse side of this form.

3.  Police Information Check (PIC)
     Please click the link below and carefully follow the instructions in steps 1 to 3 before going to the RCMP for your PIC.  Once obtained, you
     will need to drop your PIC off at the School District Office at 2121 Lonsdale Ave.
