Learning Conferences will take place on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 at Argyle from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Conferences will take place in Argyle classrooms and will last five minutes each. 

A first booking window will open Monday, October 30th, 2025 at 6:00 pm to book appointments with up to four teachers. An additional booking window will open on Thursday, October 30th, 2025 to book appointments with all teachers, subject to availability. All booking windows will close Monday, November 3rd, 2025 at 10:00pm. No appointments will be accepted after this window closes. Parent/Guardians will be able to view their bookings at any time up until the conference day and will receive a reminder email.

If you are unable to book an appointment during the booking windows or are unable to attend on Thursday, October 17th, you may request a "call back" and the teacher will contact you. The "call back" button is located at the top of the teacher schedule. The term "call back" is the online term - for our use this may mean any form of communication (email often works best). Keep in mind - teachers of academic classes in particular experience a high volume of requests, so your patience is appreciated.
