Beginning fall 2019, the North Vancouver School District has involved its stakeholders in a comprehensive strategic planning process to review our current strategic goals and set new goals for the future.

We have engaged our stakeholders​ -- students, parents/guardians, employees, educational partner groups and community members -- from across the North Vancouver School District through facilitated planning sessions, online engagement through Thoughtexchange, and a public open house, to help develop our 2021-2031 Strategic Plan.

Draft goals have been prepared based on these engagements. We now have an opportunity to further refine and evolve these goals with input from our stakeholders. We therefore invite and encourage the entire North Vancouver School District community to:

1. Review the draft overarching goals, including key initiatives we hope to undertake to reach these goals, and
2. Participate in a Thoughtexchange.
