Registration for Students from Private/Independent Schools

Registration procedures for students currently enrolled in a BC school that is PRIVATE / INDEPENDENT​: 

(STA, Collingwood, Mulgrave, Bodwell, LGCA and other private/independent schools)

Students will NOT be registered into a course until all of the following steps are complete

To complete the registration process:

  • Students must bring the completed Summer Learning Student Registration form to Mountainside Secondary School, 3365 Mahon Ave, North Vancouver, BC, V7N 3T7 - along with ALL of the following documents:

    • School Cash Online payment receipt
    • Proof of citizenship or landed immigrant status; i.e., a birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, or Canadian citizenship card
    • Proof of residence of the parent and child using any of the following documents with a current address: a driver's licence, hydro or other utility bill, or a rental agreement
    • The student's most recent report card

    YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ALL OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY THE MOUNTAINSIDE SUMMER OFFICE.
