School Supplies 2023-2024

At Ross Road, the students in Kindergarten to grade 3 are part of a bulk school supply order. In September, we ask parents/guardian to pay online (preferred), pay cash or provide a cheque payable to the school, and teachers purchase all the required school supplies for all students in the class. 

For students in grades 4-7 the school supply lists are attached. You may choose to order from Creative Packs using the order forms attached. Orders are due by July 3, 2023 and will be shipped to the school. If you do not wish to participate in the Creative Packs order, please use the attached list to purchase your own supplies.​

​If ordering from Creative Packs, please include your child's current division number.​​

 Part A: The essential pack with items chosen by your teacher/school. 

This comes as a package deal with all items listed included.  Items cannot be changed, substituted, or omitted.

 Part B items: You MUST have all Part B items. Individual items may be purchased from Creative Packs by adding them to your Pack order or bring them in from home.

Part C items are optional.

Part B and/or C items must be ordered at the SAME TIME as the Part A pack. You may not order Part B or C items at a later date.

Payment types accepted are VISA & MasterCard, or prepaid VISA or prepaid MasterCard.

Ordering Deadlines

• Packs ordered before Monday, July 3^th receive free shipping to the school.
• These will be distributed by your school to your child upon their return in September.​
• Packs ordered after Monday, July 3^th will pay a home delivery charge.

Receiving a Pack (for orders shipped to your home)

• Orders are sent by Canada Post. You will receive an email with a hyperlink of your tracking number.
• Orders may be tracked 24 hours after they are processed by Canada Post.
• Each pack is a separate order and is shipped separately.
• Orders cannot be picked up at our warehouse.​
