​Adults recognize students who are demonstrating these attributes by giving them a "GOTCHA".  When a child receives a GOTCHA they get to turn over one number on the 100s chart.  When all numbers have been truned over ALL students get an extra afternoon recess.  Student's names are also entered into a draw for prizes.
