​​​Jane has been teaching online courses for many years. She loves teaching Online Learning. OL is what education is all about. The OL environment allows her to personally know students on a one-to-one basis. Here, she can be flexible to meet their needs. She enjoys the challenge of adjusting her courses to today’s digital technologies. Jane loves seeing someone who doesn't fit into a traditional classroom succeed in OL. Education at school is no longer the “one size fits all” type program but a way of creating relative, meaningful and engrossing units of study. This is real learning!
