The Lindy Pfeil award is given each year to an individual who has supported the North Shore Restorative Justice Society's Schools Initiative program and embodies the qualities of the award's namesake Lindy Pfeil. These qualities include humility, inclusivity, dedication and a true commitment to supporting children to reach their greatest potential by showing them respect, empathy and compassion.

This year, Tristan Crowther, vice principal at Norgate Community Elementary School, won this meaningful award. Tristan was chosen because of commitment to supporting students and his willingness to work with the North Shore Restorative Justice Society as they grow the Schools Initiative program across the North Shore. Tristan sits on the North Shore Restorative Justice Society Schools Initiative Advisory Committee and is always available to talk to staff and provide feedback about the program, best practices or strategies for growth. Tristan cares deeply about his work. The North Shore Restorative Justice Society is grateful to work alongside him.

Congratulations Tristan!
