Scholastics Book Fair 2018                                                                                     November 18,2018

On behalf of the Montroyal Staff and our Library Team,  Mrs. Johnston, Ms. Primas and myself, Mrs. Hill, we would like to say thank you for another successful Book Fair.  Under the leadership of Alexia Akester and Ilona Kuligowska, the amazing team of parent volunteers and grade 7 volunteers, the Book Fair sold $8000.00 in product in two days!  The money raised from these sales allowed us to purchase $756 in books for classrooms, $985 in books for the library and $1400 in cash for guided reading books. Over the years, money raised from the book fair has purchased our start up Guided Reading materials, furniture for the library, lit circle books for the grade 7 classes, and new nonfiction collections for the new B.C. Curriculum.  Congratulations to everyone who supported the Book Fair again this year, we are truly grateful.
