Grade 12 students from your
school are invited to attend a University of Alberta Vancouver Admission Workshop in
Vancouver!
During this workshop, students
and their families are invited to book an appointment to complete and submit an
online UAlberta application. Advisors will provide information on UAlberta
programs and will be available to answer questions. Students will be assessed
for admission on the spot and eligible students will receive an admission offer
at the workshop!
Date: Saturday, November 21,
2015
Time: Group sessions available
between 9:00am to 4:45pm
Place: Four Seasons Hotel, 791 West
Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC
RSVP: Students must reserve their
seat by completing the RSVP online at uab.ca/recruitmentevents (click on the ‘Ready to Apply’
drop-down box)
To participate, students need
to bring with them, to the workshop, the following:
- Credit card
(Mastercard or VISA) to pay the $125 application fee.
- A list of final Grade
11 marks, as well as any final Grade 12 marks. Students will also need to list
the Grade 12 courses they are currently taking or plan to take next semester.
Students will use this document to record their marks in the
application.
- Valid email address
(Ex. Gmail, Yahoo)
In order to provide eligible
students with an admission offer during the workshop we will require students
that register for the workshop to send their latest report card or unofficial
transcript that includes their final grade 11 marks, as well as any final grade
12 marks. Students that register for the workshop can email recruitmentevents@ualberta.ca and attach their latest report
card or unofficial transcript. Please encourage your students to sign up early
and send us these documents by Friday, November 6, 2015!
