44 Dresses is an LBGTQ+ friendly event where NVSD grade 7 students are invited to come to a special Boutique Day to select an outfit for their Grade 7 Farewell event. Students are given the opportunity to ‘shop’ for a free outfit at the boutique. This year’s Boutique Day will take place on Monday, April 29th, 2019. Grade 7 students will receive information about Boutique Day from their schools.

We need clothing donations to make this special event a success!

We need dresses, slacks, skirts, suits, shoes, shirts, accessories and other ‘formal’ items to help kids feel special on their big day. Please consider going through your closets and donating clothing, shoes and accessories that no longer bring you ‘joy’. We need sizes from youth small to adult XXL.

All donations need to come with their own hanger.

How to donate: Please drop off donations after April 1, 2019 to NVSD secondary schools, or to the Education Services Centre (2121 Lonsdale Ave.), during school hours.
