Sangha is a messaging service used by the North Vancouver School District to communicate with parents. The system is used to send emails to parents, and, at the secondary school level, is also used to make daily attendance phone calls for missed classes. The system also offers an app to parents that they can voluntarily download to their mobile devices to receive messages. The Sangha system also provides the opportunity to sign up for parent-teacher interviews online, sync the school calendar to a mobile device, register for events, and sign forms. Not all of the functions of the Sangha system are in place within the North Vancouver School District at this time.
