With Halloween just around the corner, elementary schools across the District are getting ready to participate in our annual Spooky Days Challenge.
60% of elementary schools participated in last year's lights out lunch campaigns. We're working together to keep the ghosts of energy waste away by encouraging every classroom to turn off the lights and host Spooky lights out lunches all week.
Enter the mini-poster design contest to promote the turn off lights message. Winning student submissions will be printed as lights out stickers for the spring campaign.
