Youth Train in Trades
is an educational program for students in grades 11-12 who are looking
to get a head start on their apprenticeship.
Through this Dual Credit
program, students will be able to gain up to 16 high school credits and Level 1 technical training toward their apprenticeship.
This program is
offered through a partnership with a post-secondary institution or at a SkilledTradesBC certified training facility which ensures students are instructed
by a certified trades instructor.
