Based on feedback provided through the 2017 Employee Engagement survey, the North Vancouver School District designed new communications protocols and practices aimed at providing staff more information, but in a more organized and streamlined way. This new internal communications strategy emphasizes transparency, focuses on providing staff easy access to the information and resources they need, and offers clear channels of communication. We are honoured to have received a North American public relations excellence award for these efforts. The North Vancouver School District has been awarded a Golden Achievement Award from the National School Public Relations Association.
