​The B.C. Government is providing funding for a new accessible playground at Brooksbank Elementary, as part of its Playground Equipment Program (PEP).  

This year, the PEP will invest $5 million in 30 new school playgrounds for 24 school districts. Each school district will receive $165,000 toward each school’s playground, which will be designed, built and installed over the next year. More information is available through this news release.
