Pink Shirt Day falls on the last Wednesday of February every year. In 2023, Pink Shirt Day is Wednesday, February 22.
The goal of the movement is to create a more kind, inclusive world by raising awareness (and funds) for anti-bullying initiatives.
Creating a more kind, inclusive world aligns with the North Vancouver School District’s strategic goal “Welcoming and Inclusive Culture,” and the work the school district continues to do with respect to creating kind, inclusive, and compassionate teaching and learning communities.
We all thrive when we feel valued and respected for who we are.
