Report cards might not look the same as in the past, but they will provide a complete picture of what your child can do, where they need to improve, and next steps. For learning, progress will be aligned a four-point scale: emerging, developing, proficient, and extending. This ensures students focus on learning, and not just marks. All students are involved in celebrating strengths and deciding what they want to improve upon next. Your child's goals and self-reflection will be on the report card. We hope the new report cards reflect all the great things children are learning in classrooms today.
