Outdoor Learning

May 12, 2017

Argyle students in Geography 12 and the Choices program spent the day learning in a magnificent outdoor classroom on May 19th.  Students discovered first hand the effects of glaciation, logging, tourism, and permanent settlements in the Sea-to-Sky area.  Views of volcanoes and cornices met us at the top as we walked around the back-country, studying the different natural environments from the valley floor to the top of Garibaldi Peak.
