​The North Vancouver Board of Education read and adopted Disposal of Real Property Bylaw No. 2013-2 Monteray School at the Public Board Meeting on November 26, 2013.  The School District will now proceed to enter into an agreement to sell, and complete the sale of, the Monteray property to Morningstar Development Ltd., for a sale price of at least $6.38 million.
