​On behalf of the North Vancouver School District, we would like to congratulate Tine Moberg-Parker from Eastview Elementary School who scooped the “Outstanding Support of Youth” award at the recent District of North Vancouver Civic Youth Awards. Parker was the only teacher to receive an award that evening in recognition for the exceptional job she has done in training and providing opportunities to youth.
